We help keep commercial built environments safe for tenants and employees by undertaking routine preventative maintenance, and highlighting issues before they become major issues.

Although our technicians are all licensed electricians, we don’t do any repair work ourselves. Any faults we find we include in our report, alongside a description and a recommendation. You can then provide this to your preferred electrical contractor to arrange the necessary repairs. That way there is a clear separation between the people undertaking the inspection (us), and those doing any electrical work (your electrical contractor). As a result, we have no incentive to “find” a fault that we then charge you to repair, and means you have an independent assessment of your electrical environment.

The majority of Thermal Insight inspections are conducted on an annual basis. Our incentive therefore is to provide great service and value to our customers so they come back year after year. Many of our customers have been with us for over 15 years.

Our staff all have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in electrical maintenance roles before being trained in thermography. Although anyone can buy and use an infrared camera, it is this experience in varied environments that allows them to interpret what can be seen using specialist infrared equipment.

We travel throughout all NSW regional areas and have relationships with trusted partners in all other states. Thermal Insight® services both national contracts as well as small, family-owned businesses.
